Irene Lara

Co-Founder/Co-Facilitator

Dr. Irene Lara, PsyD, LCSW, Reiki Master-Teacher loves integrating western and eastern wisdom for a wholistic wholehearted and educational collaboration. She is an intuitive, creative with over 45 years of experience working with with adults, youth, and a compassionate leader facilitating groups. She completed her doctorate PsyD in Clinical Psychology;  received a Masters in Social Welfare degree from UCLA; is a licensed clinical  social worker; trained in Kid’s Yoga; Reiki practitioner in the Usui method, and thoroughly enjoys guiding Belief and Fear releases. She is a certified Breath-Body-Mind clinician.  She is also a Way of the Sacred Feminine certified group facilitator. In addition, Dr. Lara is trained in creating customized, personalized flower essences, using Bach flowers which provides pain relief to the body using Vibrational Communication. She is (nearly) trilingual (English, Spanish, French), considers  herself to be multi-cultural; a Dancer at heart, Empath and enjoys hiking.
